Retailer and Affiliate Reps:

We offer a guaranteed sale. If you think our products have been on the shelf too long, or you are unable to continue selling our products, we will gladly take back undamaged and unopened merchandise. Broadway Hemp shall not be held accountable for broken or damaged merchandise once delivered and in your possession.

Customers:

Merchandise held in retail stores is subject to each individual store’s return policy, which may differ from Broadway Hemp’s. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept full returns once opened. If you are dissatisfied with your direct purchase from us, we offer a one time exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value.
